Tables are usually used to organize and present information in a structured way. By adding buttons to the table, you can often trigger users to explore new posts and pages or buy respective products and services.
But the default WordPress table doesn’t have the option to add buttons. TableBerg is a wonderful plugin to solve this problem. It will help you create and add buttons easily to its cells, just like Gutenberg blocks.

Step 01: Install the TableBerg Plugin
Go to your WordPress Dashboard. Navigate to Dashboard > Plugins > Add New Plugin.
Type Tableberg in the search box on the top-right corner. The plugin will appear below in a second. Install and Activate it.
Step 02: Add TableBerg Block to Your Post/Page
Open the post or page where you want to add the table. Click the Plus (+) icon to open the Gutenberg editor.
Type Tableberg in the search box. Hit the block after it appears below.
Step 03: Select the Number of Rows and Columns
Define row and column numbers for the table. As you can see in the image below, we have defined 4 rows and columns for our table.
Take your cursor and click on any cell of the table. You’ll see a plus (+) icon appearing. Hitting By clicking on the plus icon, you will get four different blocks, any of which you can add to each cell.
You’ll get the button block in this block collection.
Step 04: Add Table Content and Button
You can see we have added all the necessary content (image, list, rating, and price) to the table using respective blocks.
Step 05: Stylize the Button on the Table
Select the button. Click the Link option on the toolbar to link your desired post or page to the button.
Go to the Styles tab on the right sidebar. You’ll get several customization options like Typography, Border, Color, and Hover Color.
Do the necessary customizations as you want.
Step 06: Preview the Table
Now, come to the frontend of the post or page and take a look at the table you have created. If the design and layout aren’t up to the mark, go to the editor again and make the necessary customizations.
