Step 01: Select a Cell on the Table #

Click the border of the table cell you want to select.

You can see there are two contents on the cell: a text and an image.

Come to the Block Spacing option by scrolling down the tab.

Now, by moving the pointer of the option, you can add space between the blocks of the cell.
