Tableberg kann nach eigenem Ermessen entweder Ihre Informationen und Inhalte sofort l\u00f6schen oder sie (ganz oder teilweise) in \u00dcbereinstimmung mit den Verfahren und Praktiken von Tableberg aufbewahren.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Tableberg beh\u00e4lt sich das Recht vor, diese Vereinbarung jederzeit und ohne Kosten, Geb\u00fchren oder Haftung nach eigenem Ermessen aus beliebigen Gr\u00fcnden zu k\u00fcndigen, einschlie\u00dflich, aber nicht beschr\u00e4nkt auf die Nichteinhaltung der Bedingungen dieser Vereinbarung. Dar\u00fcber hinaus kann Tableberg nach eigenem Ermessen jederzeit den Zugang zu Ihrem Konto, Ihrem Abonnement oder Ihren Diensten wegen eines Versto\u00dfes oder eines vermuteten Versto\u00dfes gegen diese Vereinbarung vor\u00fcbergehend oder dauerhaft sperren. Tableberg beh\u00e4lt sich auch das Recht vor, den Zugang zu verweigern, einschlie\u00dflich, aber nicht beschr\u00e4nkt auf Benutzer, die Proxy-Server und\/oder IP-Adressen verwenden, die in bestimmten geografischen Gebieten au\u00dferhalb Kanadas und der Vereinigten Staaten liegen. Tableberg beh\u00e4lt sich das Recht vor, jeden Teil der Website jederzeit, aus jedem Grund, mit oder ohne Vorank\u00fcndigung zu beenden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Sie erkl\u00e4ren sich damit einverstanden, dass, wenn Tableberg ein in der Vereinbarung enthaltenes Recht oder Rechtsmittel nicht aus\u00fcbt oder durchsetzt (oder das Tableberg nach geltendem Recht zusteht), dies nicht als formeller Verzicht auf die Rechte von Tableberg gewertet wird und dass diese Rechte oder Rechtsmittel f\u00fcr Tableberg weiterhin verf\u00fcgbar sind.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
