We follow a common strategy to display images on our website from different online sources – download them first and then upload them to our site. But if you are an Amazon affiliate marketer, you cannot simply download and upload images this way.

Amazon generates a link with a tracking code for any product image. Once this link is pasted on your website, the specific image will be automatically displayed.

This documentation post will show you how to add Amazon product images to WordPress.

Step 01: Log into Your Amazon Affiliate Account

First of all, you have to log into your Amazon Affiliate account. Otherwise, you won’t be able to create a tracking link for your images.

Step 02: Go to a Product Page

Go to a product page. Select the product whose photos you want to display on WordPress.

You’ll see the Image option on the top bar of the page. Click the Image option.

Step 03: Copy the Image Tracing Code

Right after you click the Image option, a box will open up with an HTML tracking code of the image. Copy the tracking link.

You can also define the image size as well.

Step 04: Add the Custom HTML Block to Your WordPress Post/Page

Open the post/page where you want to show the Amazon product image. Add the Custom HTML block to the editor.

Paste the Amazon product tracking link. Then, preview the link.

You can see the Amazon product image has been added to your WordPress site.

Add Amazon Product Images to a Table

If you are an Amazon affiliate marketer, you might want to create different types of tables, like comparative, specification, listicle, etc., to promote products. You’ll want to add images to the table to make your content engaging and eye-hooking.

But to display Amazon product images, you have to use their image links generated with tracking codes. Just downloading and uploading images isn’t enough.

This post will show you how to add Amazon product images to a table in WordPress using the TableBerg plugin.

Step 01: Sign into Your Amazon Affiliate Program Account

You first have to sign into your Amazon affiliate program account. After that, you’ll be able to generate image links with tracking codes.

Step 02: Go to Your Product Page

Go to the product page that you want to promote through your site.

Click the Image option on the top bar of the page.

Step 03: Copy the Tracking Code of the Image

A popup box will open on the right side under the image option. You’ll be allowed to change and select the image size you want.

You’ll get the tracking code of the image below. We have pointed out everything in the image below.

Copy the tracking code.

Step 04: Add the Custom HTML Block to the Table

Now, come to your website. Create a table with the TableBerg plugin. Then, add the Custom HTML block to your desired cell of the table.

The Custom HTML block will be added to the table in a second.

Step 05: Paste the Amazon Product Image Link to the Custom HTML Block

Just paste the Amazon product image link to the box you copied just a while ago.

Click the Preview button on the toolbar.

The image will be previewed in the table.

In the same way, you can keep adding images to the other cells using the Custom HTML block.
