<h2 class="wp-block-heading" id="Display-Images-in-WordPress-Using-the-Column-Block">Method 1: Using the Column Block</h2>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">WordPress has a default column block. You can add many more blocks inside it, including the image block. Here&#8217;s the guide.</p>

<h3 class="wp-block-heading">Step 01: Add the Gutenberg Column block</h3>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Find and <strong>add the Column block</strong> by clicking the plus (+) icon on the editor.</p>

<figure class="wp-block-image aligncenter size-full has-custom-border"><img decoding="async" width="1280" height="653" src="https://tableberg.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/01/Add-the-Gutenberg-column-block.webp" alt="Add the Gutenberg Column block" class="wp-image-435" style="border-width:1px;border-radius:3px" srcset="https://tableberg.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/01/Add-the-Gutenberg-column-block.webp 1280w, https://tableberg.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/01/Add-the-Gutenberg-column-block-300x153.webp 300w, https://tableberg.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/01/Add-the-Gutenberg-column-block-1024x522.webp 1024w, https://tableberg.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/01/Add-the-Gutenberg-column-block-768x392.webp 768w" sizes="(max-width: 1280px) 100vw, 1280px" /></figure>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Select the number of column variations you want to add to the column block. For this tutorial, we&#8217;ll select the 50/50 column variation.</p>

<figure class="wp-block-image aligncenter size-full has-custom-border"><img decoding="async" width="1280" height="653" src="https://tableberg.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/07/Select-the-number-of-columns-for-the-column-block.webp" alt="Select the number of columns for the column block" class="wp-image-2023" style="border-width:1px;border-radius:3px" srcset="https://tableberg.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/07/Select-the-number-of-columns-for-the-column-block.webp 1280w, https://tableberg.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/07/Select-the-number-of-columns-for-the-column-block-300x153.webp 300w, https://tableberg.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/07/Select-the-number-of-columns-for-the-column-block-1024x522.webp 1024w, https://tableberg.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/07/Select-the-number-of-columns-for-the-column-block-768x392.webp 768w, https://tableberg.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/07/Select-the-number-of-columns-for-the-column-block-18x9.webp 18w" sizes="(max-width: 1280px) 100vw, 1280px" /></figure>

<h3 class="wp-block-heading">Step 02: Add the Image Block to the Column Block</h3>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">As we said, you can other Gutenberg blocks within the column block. Now, <strong>click the plus (+) icon</strong> within the column. Find and <strong>add the Image block</strong> to it.</p>

<figure class="wp-block-image aligncenter size-full has-custom-border"><img loading="lazy" decoding="async" width="1280" height="653" src="https://tableberg.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/07/Add-the-Image-Block-into-the-Column-Block.webp" alt="Add the Image Block into the Column Block" class="wp-image-2024" style="border-width:1px;border-radius:3px" srcset="https://tableberg.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/07/Add-the-Image-Block-into-the-Column-Block.webp 1280w, https://tableberg.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/07/Add-the-Image-Block-into-the-Column-Block-300x153.webp 300w, https://tableberg.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/07/Add-the-Image-Block-into-the-Column-Block-1024x522.webp 1024w, https://tableberg.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/07/Add-the-Image-Block-into-the-Column-Block-768x392.webp 768w, https://tableberg.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/07/Add-the-Image-Block-into-the-Column-Block-18x9.webp 18w" sizes="auto, (max-width: 1280px) 100vw, 1280px" /></figure>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">You can now add images from the Media Library or the local drive. Do it as you wish.</p>

<h3 class="wp-block-heading">Step 03: Stylize the Image Block within the Column Block</h3>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">You can see we have added an image. You can align it centrally using the alignment option on the toolbar. Resize the image holding the edge-circle icon. Finally, you can stylize it more using options under the Style tab.</p>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading" id="Using-the-Galleryberg-Block">Method 3: Using the Galleryberg Plugin</h2>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">If you&#8217;re looking for a more flexible and visually polished way to display images in columns or rows, the <strong><a href="https://galleryberg.com" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">Galleryberg</a></strong> plugin is a fantastic choice. It&#8217;s a Gutenberg-native gallery block plugin that gives you <strong>multiple layout options</strong> &#8211; including Tiles, Masonry, Justified, and Square — all with built-in <strong>lightbox</strong> support.</p>

<h3 class="wp-block-heading">Step 02: Add the Tableberg Block to Your Post/Page</h3>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">The plugin comes with a Gutenberg block named TableBerg. Find and add the <strong>TabelBerg block</strong> to your editor.</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Define the row and column number for the table. The process is similar to the default table block. Do it yourself.</p>

<h3 class="wp-block-heading">Step 03: Find and Add the Image Block to the Table</h3>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Hope your table is ready. Select the cell where you want to add an image. Once you select a cell, the <strong>plus (+) icon</strong> will appear.</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph"><strong>Click the plus (+) icon</strong>. You&#8217;ll get the Image block. <strong>Hit the Image block</strong>.</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">You&#8217;ll get options to upload images from the local drive or Media Library. Click any option you want and upload the image.</p>

<h3 class="wp-block-heading">Step 04: Stylize the Uploaded Image</h3>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Hopefully, your image is already uploaded to the table. Come to the Styles tab on the right sidebar. You will find options like Duotone, Border, and Radius to stylize your Image block.</p>

<figure class="wp-block-image aligncenter size-full has-custom-border"><img loading="lazy" decoding="async" width="1280" height="653" src="https://tableberg.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/07/Stylize-the-Uploaded-Image.webp" alt="Stylize the Uploaded Image" class="wp-image-2042" style="border-width:1px;border-radius:3px" srcset="https://tableberg.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/07/Stylize-the-Uploaded-Image.webp 1280w, https://tableberg.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/07/Stylize-the-Uploaded-Image-300x153.webp 300w, https://tableberg.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/07/Stylize-the-Uploaded-Image-1024x522.webp 1024w, https://tableberg.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/07/Stylize-the-Uploaded-Image-768x392.webp 768w, https://tableberg.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/07/Stylize-the-Uploaded-Image-18x9.webp 18w" sizes="auto, (max-width: 1280px) 100vw, 1280px" /></figure>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Thus, you can upload images to the WordPress table with the plugin.
