Refunds will be offered if you meet all of the following conditions fully:
- You are within the first 14 days of the purchase of the plugin.
- Your refund request is not on annual subscription renewal payments (reminder emails are sent before all subscription renewals).
NOTE: Gateway fees will not be refunded.
