Usage Instructions

Copy the Pattern Copy the Weekly Training Schedule table pattern. Go to the Post/Page Where You’d Like to Add the Pattern Open the WordPress post or page in the editor. Paste the Pattern Paste the pattern directly into the editor. It will appear as a fully editable table. Adjust the Days/Times (Optional) Edit the table headers or cells to fit your schedule or preferred time slots. Style to Match Your Site (Optional) Use the block or editor settings to customize colors, fonts, or borders as needed. Save & Publish Once you’re happy with the changes, save and publish your post or page.
