The first step is to install the Tableberg plugin. For that, head to your WordPress website’s dashboard.
Now, navigate to Plugins (1) > Add New Plugin (2). Search for Tableberg in the search plugin box (3). Hit “Install Now” (4).
After installing the plugin, you must activate the plugin.
Note: To use the Sticky Header option, you need to get the pro version of Tableberg. The free version does not included the option.

Navigate Posts (1) > All Posts (2) and edit that post or page (3). N.B. The same goes for editing a page, but you must go to Pages > All Pages first.
Step 3: Make Your Table Header Sticky
The first step is to make your first row the table’s header.
Select your table first. Click on the Settings at the top right side (1). Navigate to Block (2) > Settings (3). Enable the option “Make Top Row Header” (4).
Scroll down, search for the Sticky Top Row option, and enable it. Now, your table’s header has become a sticky header.
Also, you can select a different color for your header so that your sticky header stands out. The steps are the same as in the image above. The only difference is that you have to choose Style (1) > Header Background (2) > Choose color (3). (N.B. This step is optional.)
